About the Role:

You will support Account Managers as they lead client accounts of various sizes, with support from functional department leads. You’ll work across the organization coordinating teams on a variety of initiatives. You will work to learn about the client’s businesses and fields, as well as key stakeholders that the agency interacts with. Build or further your understanding of advertising and get to know the functional departments of the agency.

  • Support on client status calls, capturing conversations, and taking notes. Help ensure that all meeting follow-ups are documented, followed up on internally, and ultimately delivered on time.
  • Be the Account Manager’s right hand, keeping accounts organized and successful.
  • Manage projects, tracking and following up on all tasks assigned to functional department leads and managing timelines.
  • Assist in client deliverable creation, collecting inputs from functional departments and supporting the Account Manager in finalizing deliverables.
  • Manage your time across assigned accounts, keeping plates spinning while allotting the appropriate amount of time to each client.
